About Haribo L

An incredibly son of the legendary Cornet Obolensky with a lot of elasticity, almost limitless ability, lots of ambition and lightning-fast reflexes. Haribo L played with the dimensions during the free jumping at the Westphalian Riding Pony Licensing and deservedly received a round of applause from the professional audience present. His highly interesting bloodlines make him a recommendation for every ambitious jumping pony breeder.

About Haribo L

The sire Cornet Obolensky took part in the Olympic Games in Hong Kong/HKG under Marco Kutscher, won team gold at the European Championships in Madrid/ESP in 2011, placed in World Cup Finals and won Grand Prix and Nations' Cups. His own lifetime earnings amount to about 326,000 Euros, those of his offspring registered in Germany over 12.1 million Euros. More than 210 sons were licensed here and 200 daughters were awarded premium. Among his most successful offspring are Cornet D'Amour/Daniel Deußer, Cornado NRW and Comme il faut/both Marcus Ehning, Cornado II/Christian Ahlmann, Balou Du Reventon/Brian Moggre/USA or Harry Charles/GBR and Clooney/Martin Fuchs/SUI. For years, Cornet Obolensky has been one of the best jumping sires worldwide, according to the ranking of the World Breeding Federation WBFSH.

Haribo L's full brother Cornett Obolensky was already licensed two years earlier in Westphalia.

In the pedigree follows the Welsh B stallion Wharley Grenadier, himself a son of the Supreme Champion Twyford Signal, who qualified four times for Horse of the Year Show in Birmingham and twice for the Olympics in London. Among the Twyford Signal offspring are again champions of the Royal Welsh Shows and the World Centenary Shows. Wharley Grenadier sired numerous sport ponies, including the internationally successful eventing pony Renkum Bombadier/Gemma Watts/GBR.

Granddam is the Oldenburg mare Quella-S, who placed in elementary level show jumping competitions. She also produced the 1.60 metre show jumper Charlie Boy (by Irco Mirco Gil)/Janika Sprunger/SUI, the 1.55 metre show jumper Renkum Centre Star (by Renkum Off-Centre)/Robert Whitaker/GBR, as well as the medium (M) level show jumpers Cameron (by Centauer Z) and Copa Cabana (by Cornet Obolensky). The advanced (S) level show jumper Ratina (by Rock Forever I) is out of a daughter.

They are followed in direct line by the Selle Francais stallion Quick Star/Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum and the Westphalian Pakt.

The third dam Performance Mare show jumping Petit Croix/Otto Becker achieved more than 50 victories and placings in advanced level jumping competitions, among them the victory in the Grand Prix of Münster. She is the dam of the licensed stallion Coupon (by Classiker). Her son Curtis Croix (by Calido I) also won advanced (S) level show jumping competitions.

Hanoverian line of Schluppera, out of which further show jumpers.
